We cannot recommend Seema enough as a coordinator. We found her just a month before our wedding when we realized our venue wouldn’t be handling many of the responsibilities we’d originally been told they would (decor setup, breakdown, ceremony chairs, etc.) After interviewing a few candidates, we immediately felt most confident with Seema and hired her on the spot. From the start, she put us completely at ease with her incredible attention to detail, warmth, and kindness. We had been so stressed, and the day we met her, she took over emails to all our vendors, and I actually peacefully slept through the night for the first time in a week.

Seema went above and beyond to ensure our day was exactly what we envisioned. Even when we were ready to throw money at problems, she took it upon herself to find cost-effective solutions for us. From the moment we met her, she took the reins, allowing us to relax. She facilitated meetings prior to our wedding, introduced herself to our vendors, and tied up every loose end to make sure the day went off without a hitch.

When unexpected challenges arose on the wedding day (weather issues, vendor delays, and many more) Seema pivoted smoothly and kept everything on track with a cheerful, calm demeanor. Seema’s ability to keep us on schedule without being pushy was incredible. She gave gentle nudges when it was time to move guests to another room or make speeches, and by the end of the night, we had moved through our timeline stress-free.

It was a dream to have someone take the reins so gracefully and discreetly. Seema truly was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we are forever grateful for her hard work and dedication. We hope you have the same amazing experience!
